REHOMING PROGRAM
How Do I Apply?
Review our Requirements below for our Rehoming Program. If you apply, Pawsome Pals Animal Rescue will screen potential adopters and share information on finding a new adopter for your pet. We can also assist in any medical care needed in order to help you keep your pet, if that is an option.
What is Our Rehoming Program?
We understand that sometimes due to illness or unforeseen life circumstances, you may need to rehome your dog. Pawsome Pals wants to help you make that transition responsibly by assisting you with vet care or networking your dog/cat on our social media platforms to find a safe and good home for your pet.
REQUIREMENTS FOR REHOMING PROGRAM

Fill out the form below or send an email to info@pawsomepals.org to begin the process.

Please provide all medical history and records of your pet such as: rabies vaccination, neuter/spay records, current flea/tick medication, proof of DHPP and tested for heartworms. Please also provide up to 6 photos of your pet, along with an informative bio about your pet’s behavior and mannerisms.

We will contact you when your pet receives an application! Our team will screen the potential adopters and review the application with you to ensure the applicant will be a responsible pet owner!

Time for a home visit and meet and greet! We will provide an adoption contract and you will collect an adoption fee. You can keep the fee or choose to donate the fee to PAWSOME PALS!
